Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Endless Book Publication, we strive to provide the best experience with our book sales and publication services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Physical Books:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.

    • Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • eBooks/Digital Products:

    • Orders for digital products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.) cannot be cancelled once payment is processed, as delivery is instant.

  • Publication Services:

    • Service cancellations are allowed before the project work begins.

    • If the project has already started, cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of completion.

2. Refunds

  • Physical Books:

    • Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

    • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos of damage/defect).

    • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

  • eBooks/Digital Products:

    • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered/downloaded.

  • Publication Services:

    • Refunds for publication services are subject to project progress and prior agreement.

    • Partial refunds may be granted if cancellation occurs during early stages.

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Bank delays or processing times are not under our control.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after order completion/delivery.

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong shipping address).

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or unforeseen events.
