Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Endless Book Publication, we strive to provide the best experience with our book sales and publication services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
Physical Books:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
eBooks/Digital Products:
Orders for digital products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.) cannot be cancelled once payment is processed, as delivery is instant.
Publication Services:
Service cancellations are allowed before the project work begins.
If the project has already started, cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of completion.
2. Refunds
Physical Books:
Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos of damage/defect).
Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
eBooks/Digital Products:
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered/downloaded.
Publication Services:
Refunds for publication services are subject to project progress and prior agreement.
Partial refunds may be granted if cancellation occurs during early stages.
3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Bank delays or processing times are not under our control.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after order completion/delivery.
Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong shipping address).
Delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or unforeseen events.
